PAM
THEODOTOU
An attorney and an artist, Pam is a litigation attorney with Baker Hostetler as well as the owner of her own production company that focuses on original film and TV properties. She holds an MFA and was a faculty member teaching film at CCAD. She is also a staff member and filmmaker for Byrd Polar at The Ohio State University. She has been a business partner with Tom Starker for over 30 years conceptualizing, launching and running many endeavors in the music, club, restaurant and media sectors. Her contributions to the Foosball project have included technical expertise on the development of FoosCam, business development, planning and patent prosecution guidance.

DAVID
BURGHY
David Burghy, a consultant to our industrial design team, is a Professor of industrial design (30 years) at CCAD, and member of the Industrial Designers Society of America. David worked closly with us to adapt a professional Foosball table into a broadcast system, crafting the prototype of FoosCam to embed cameras and sound in order to shoot our sizzle reel. David's long time experience working for major manufacturers designing advanced concept products and vehicles brings creativity, experience and engineering excellence to the project.

TOM
STARKER
Tom's long career has always been marked by innovation and growing concepts to their highest potential. Hired by all the greats of the New York nightlife and art scenes, Rubel, Gatian, Warhol and others, his talent for increasing the notoriety, quality and productivity of any project kept him in high demand, categorized in today's media culture, he was considered an influencer of the highest caliper. When he opened his own clubs and restaurants they quickly rose to international acclaim and garnered mentions in Andy Warhol's Diary as well as all the NYC press.
As a younger man Tom was a Foosball player who played with the best athletes in the world. As an avid poker player and a fan of the UFC, his vision for FoosCam started with the idea to embed cameras into a Foosball table and bring it to worldwide audiences through reality television.

MICHAEL
PETRECCA
Michael Petrecca, both an attorney and CPA, is currently the CFO to a major law firm. His previous experience as the Managing Partner of the Columbus office of Price Waterhouse Coopers, a position he held for two decades, provides unique and invaluable experience for this project. During the time with PwC, he specialized in tax structuring, planning, and compliance for closely held businesses and their owners, focusing on wealth preservation, succession planning. He also guided emerging and high-growth companies in manufacturing, distribution, and technology sectors with tax and business consulting guidance. Michael brings to the project a wide set of advisory skills as we plan for a global footprint in media, manufacturing, merchandising and branding.

MARK
ITKIN
A former managing partner at William Morris Agency and now an independent producer heading up his own company, Tough Lamb Media, Inc. Mark is regarded as one of the architects of the modern syndication model and proliferation of the non-scripted genre. He was responsible for packaging shows including The Real World, Deal or No Deal, Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, Project Runway and The Ricki Lake Show. He was also among the pioneers of importing non-scripted international formats to the U.S. and played a key role in setting up Big Brother, Fear Factor, Hell’s Kitchen, and The Biggest Loser. Mark has been working closely with the team since its inception and his focus is television and monetizing all aspects of this global business.

MIKE
GEIGENHEIMER
Mike Geigenheimer, an intellectual property attorney, is the former Chief IP Counsel for Battelle Memorial Institute, one of the world’s largest independent research and development companies. While with Battelle he managed global portfolios of emerging technologies across all disciplines. Mike has also served in executive roles including CEO of an operating subsidiary of Owens Corning, as well as the Director of Intellectual Property at Owens Corning. His legal experience includes a private practice in IP and three years as a judicial clerk for the Ohio Supreme Court's Chief Justice, Thomas J. Moyer. Mike started his professional career as a civil engineer for consulting, construction and manufacturing firms. With more than 32 years of intellectual property experience, Mike has been instrumental in the Patent filings for FoosCam and advising on business strategies.
